Notes from the workshop

What we built with AI, how we built it, and what we learned along the way.

  1. AI EXPERIMENTS

Master Genealogist: Ten Days, 94 Agents, and a Skill You Install With a Link

A test of how well AI agents manage a fleet of other agents turned into a three-language family album, then a skill, then more than two thousand downloads, many of them pulled in by personal assistants told only "use this."

  3. WEEKEND PROJECTS

    The Diary That Writes Back

A tablet gathering dust, an open-source enchanted diary, and a ten-year-old Ravenclaw who out-argued a dark wizard. A weekend project.

  4. ENGINEERING NOTES

Following Along: Syncing 800 Yiddish Shiurim to the Printed Daf

How we built a lyrics-style follow-along for Talmud audio: an open-source Yiddish speech model, anchors matched to the printed page, and language models that only get a veto.
